For awhile I’ve been promising you pictures of the shawls I’m working on for RMTA….and so finally here are a few pictures of the first one. Yeah! I love how this shawl is going and can hardly wait to see it finished. The more muted colorway in the photos is the actual color. When I “enhanced” the close up the photo editing software made the colors really bright – pretty but not quite right. The shape is half hex, which I am really liking. The last picture is of the yarn for the other two shawls. The first one is going pretty quick so I should be able to have all the shawls done on time.

In other news, my sock pattern that I’ve been working on is up, both on Ravelry and my web site – Desert Rose Designs. This is another design I really like and am quite happy about how it has turned out. My test knitters were great……thank you Joeli and Doris 🙂 Here’s a couple of pictures for you……………..
